Why You Should Avoid Sending Unwanted Emails And Spam

Out of everything that you may consider doing as an internet marketer, there are two major turnoffs to your potential clients and customers that are sure to drive your business away. The first is to sell the names and email addresses of those on your contact lists to third parties without informing the people on your mailing lists that you are going to do so. This is a major problem with many internet marketers, and if you want your internet marketing plan to be successful, you should avoid doing this at all costs. Secondly, you need to avoid sending unwanted emails and spam to those on your contact lists unless you are looking to quickly lose many members of your potential client database. Nothing turns a person off more than some business or some internet marketer who sends useless emails and spam to their mailboxes day after day.

Have you ever heard the story of the boy who cried wolf? The moral of that children’s tale is to not constantly falsify something and then hope that people will respond when you actually are telling the truth. In the story, the boy gets eaten by the wolf because when there actually was a wolf around, nobody believed him – and if you send out pointless emails and spam continuously to those on your mailing list, you and your business could end up just like the boy in the fable. You see, by sending out useless emails and spam to your potential customers, your email address will quickly find a home in a person’s spam filter – and when you finally have something interesting to say or when you are selling some amazing product to your clients, only a handful of subscribers will ever see your message – causing you to miss out on a lot of easy money. Therefore, sending out emails and spam is a surefire way to hurt your business in the long run, so do yourself a favor and only send out messages when you have something important to say about your online business.
